    The ingredients for crispy roast potatoes recipe are medley potatoes, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, fresh rosemary and dried parsley.

    Cooking tips for how to make crispy roast potatoes: 

    • Use medley potatoes, they taste even better. However, if you don't, regular potatoes are ok as well, just wash and scrub the skin. 
    • Cut the potatoes into cubes, if potatoes are a little bit bigger, divide them into 6-8 pieces. Small ones, I usually cut them into 4 pieces. 
    • Add the seasoning then mix well with the potatoes.
    • Lay the seasoned potatoes on the cookie sheet with a foil.
    • Bake it at 400 F for 45 minutes.
    • If you use an air fryer, cook it at 400F for 15 minutes.

    Yes, of course! When you use an air fryer to roast the potatoes. Push the French fries button function, cook them at 400 F for 15 minutes. It will be golden brown and crispy. You may need to separate 2 times and cook it.

    5. Preheat the oven to 400 F, bake at 400 F for 45 minutes.
