- I used 1.5 pounds. However, you can add more chicken wings.
- Chicken wings do not need to be thawed before cooking, you can just put the frozen chicken wings in a pressure cooker.
- Make sure to mix the sauce very well and mix it with the chicken. Let it cook manual for 5 minutes and natural release.
- Use a skimmer to remove excess fat from the sauce.
- Add green onion and mix them.

1. In a bowl, add soy sauce ½ cup, water ½ cup, dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons, and brown sugar 3 tablespoons. Then, mix them well.
2. Push sauté button on instant pot. After, add ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, 4 slices ginger, and 6 cloves garlic. Stir it a little bit.

- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
