When making the dried bok choy, do you use the baby or the grown-up bok choy? Also, is it better when it's sun-dried or in an electric food dryer?
Tracy O.
We usually use small bok choy to dry it under the sun for a few days up to a week. I haven’t dried them in an electric dryer before, so I am not sure. The size of the bok choy is bigger than the baby bok choy, but smaller than the grown up big bok choy you get at the regular grocery stores like Walmart. The bok choy size is like the length of the palm size.
