What is baked whole salmon fillet?

Salmon is a type of fish that has a distinctive orange pink flesh. Also, salmon has high omega-3 fatty acids and proteins. There are wild catches and farm-raised salmon. In general, wild caught salmon is a little more expensive than farm-raised salmon. The farm-raised salmon usually added color. Besides, there are different ways to cook salmon such as grilling, baking, smoking, and poaching. Or, eat it raw like Japanese to make sushi and sashimi. (If eating raw salmon sushi or sashimi, remember to use sushi grade salmon.)

In this salmon recipe, I am going to share the simple and easy way to cook a whole salmon fillet instead of cutting it into individual portions. Also, baking the salmon fillet as a whole helps to retain the moisture and flavor of the fish. And, this baking method is often used for dinners, occasions or parties. My family loves this baked whole salmon fillet recipe for a simple Sunday dinner that is served with rice, roasted potatoes, corn, asparagus or other vegetables.
