    Banana strawberries smoothie is a healthy drink and great for breakfast, lunch or snack. Also, it can make your stomach stay full for a while.

    My kids always ask me to make it after school. Sometimes, kids don’t eat enough fruits. Thus, making this smoothie is the best way to make sure they get enough fruits during the day, especially if you have picky eaters. 

    Besides, banana and strawberries have an excellent source of vitamin B, C and manganese that helps to increase your immune system. This strawberry banana smoothie recipe is healthier than regular fruit juice because no sugar added. It's all natural sugar from the fruits.

    Not only it is easy to make, but also healthy. Personally, I like to use soy milk, but you can use regular cow milk instead. 

    What are the ingredients to make a strawberry banana smoothie without milk? 

    There are only three ingredients for this healthy recipe: banana, fresh strawberries and soy milk.

    • Wash and remove leaves on strawberries
    • Peel a banana
    • Add soy milk and blend until it's smooth
