- 2 cups Frozen mix vegetables
- 2 Eggs
- 3 sticks Green onion
- 5 cups Cooked rice (leftover and refrigerated)
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt (add salt to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil ( ½ tablespoon for stir fried ham and ½ tablespoons for rice)
