It is quick and flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with rice.

However, it is not commonly found at Chinese restaurants in the United States. Since this dish is simple, affordable, and fast to cook, many families prefer making it fresh at home. Besides being delicious, Chinese garlic chive and egg stir fry is also a great source of protein and fiber.
