Strawberry banana smoothie is a popular, delicious and healthy drink great for breakfast, lunch or snack. The combination of the sweet, tangy flavors of fresh strawberries and ripe bananas makes this drink refreshing and tasty.
Soak and wash 6 fresh strawberries (8 oz) 2-3 times.
Remove leaves on the fresh strawberries.
Peel a ripe banana (4 oz).
Put the strawberries into the blender.
Then, put the peeled banana from step 3 into the blender.
Next, pour 1 cup of soy milk into the blender.
Turn on the blender to high speed for 30 seconds - 1 minute depending on the powder of the blender or until it’s smooth.
Open the blender lid and pour the smoothie into the cup.

Cooking tips for how to make a non dairy strawberry banana smoothie:
Soak and wash fresh strawberries 2-3 times. Then, remove the leaves.
Use ripe fruit because it has the best flavor. When you use ripe bananas and fresh strawberries, it is sweeter and has more flavor which makes the smoothie taste better.
If you want a thicker and creamier smoothie, you can freeze the fruit before blending it because frozen fruit makes the smoothie colder and more refreshing.
The best to use a high speed blender, it will help make the smoothie creamier and smoother in texture, you won’t end up with chunks of fruit in the smoothie.
I like to use soy milk for this strawberry banana smoothie recipe, but you can use other milk like almond milk, rice milk, oat milk or coconut milk.
