Beat the heavy whipping cream until it’s thick. Remember don’t over whip it.
Use lay flat pop out silicone popsicle mold because it will be easier to take out the popsicles. If you use pull out popsicles mold from the top, it will be hard to pull out and easily break because the popsicles are creamy and not suitable for using the pull out top popsicle mold.
When you use lay flat silicone popsicle mold, first pour some popsicle mixture into the mold. Then, insert the popsicle stick and pour more mixture to fill the mold.
