This black pepper sauce recipe is like gravy and great to serve with meats such as steak, chicken chop, and pork chop. However, it is not creamy like peppercorn sau
¾teaspoon Black pepper Ground (suggest add ¼ teaspoon and to your taste)
Instructions
Peel and mince 5 cloves of garlic.
Cut ½ small onion (2 oz) into pieces.
After that, add 1 can of beef broth (14.5 oz), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and ¾ teaspoon of black pepper to a container and mix it well.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non-stick pan; stir-fry minced garlic and chopped onion for a little bit (2 minutes). And add ⅛ teaspoon of salt.
Pour the mixture from step 3 into the pan, cook, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Keep stirring the sauce until it's thickened.

Cooking tips for how to make black pepper sauce:
Mince garlic, cut onion into small pieces, and stir fry in a pan for a little bit.
Combine beef broth, sugar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and flour in a bowl. Mix them very well. Then, pour the mixture into the pan and keep stirring until thickening.
Simmer for a few minutes to let the flavor of garlic and onion come out.
Add black pepper to your taste. I suggest adding ¼ teaspoon at a time.
