Ingredients: ▢ Medley potatoes ▢ Salt ▢ Garlic powder ▢ Dried parsley ▢ Fresh rosemary ▢ Vegetable oil
1. Wash and cut gourmet medley potatoes into cubes. Smaller one cut it into 4 pieces. Bigger one cut it into 6 to 8 pieces.
2. Then, put the cut potatoes into a big mixing bowl.
3. Add garlic powder, salt, fresh rosemary, dried parsley and vegetable oil. Mix it well.
4. Next, wrap a foil on the tray. Then, lay the seasoned potatoes on the tray.
5. Preheat the oven to 400 F, bake at 400 F for 45 minutes.
