Ingredients: ▢ Sweet potato leaves (Yam leaves) ▢ Garlic ▢Vegetable oil ▢ Salt ▢ Water
1. Put yam leaves into a big pot. Pour water to soak it for 15 minutes. Then, wash and rinse it 3 times. Then, drain and set it aside.
2. Peel and cut garlic into slices.
3. Pour vegetable oil into the pot or wok. Turn on the fire to medium small, add the sliced garlic from step 2. Stir fry them a little bit or until it’s slightly golden brown.
4. Next, put the washed yam leaves from step 1 into the pot or wok. Pour water and salt. Then, cover the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
5. After that, open the lid, flip the vegetables and stir fry it for 1-2 minutes or until it’s soft.
