Slice half of a small onion.
Cut ¼ of a small sized cabbage.
Next, cut ¼ of red bell pepper into strips.
Then, cut 2 sticks of green onion into strips.
After that, cut ¼ pound of beef into strips.
Put the beef in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
At the same time, boil a pot of water and wait until water is boiling. Then, add 2 packs of Demae Iccho instant noodles. Let it boil around one minute. The purpose of boiling the noodles is to loosen up and soften the noodles. Don't over boil them.
After, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non- stick pan and add sliced onion. Stir fry them a little bit and set it aside.
After that, add cabbage and red bell pepper stir fry until the cabbage is little soft. Then, sprinkle some salt and set it aside.
Add the marinated beef into a non-stick pan and stir fry until it changes color. Remember don't over stir fry them. Then, set it aside.
In a small container, add ½ tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (use some from the noodles package). Mix it well.
The next step, put the boiled instant ramen noodles into a non-stick pan.
Pour the sauce mixture from step 12. Keep stirring the noodles until the sauce covers the noodles.
Put back the cooked vegetables and beef. Then, add green onion and stir fry them a little bit.
