Slice half of small size of onion and 1/4 of small size of cabbage.
Next, cut 1/4 of red bell pepper and 2 sticks of green onion into strips.
After that, sliced 1/4 pound of beef and marinate them in a bowl by adding 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Let it set aside.
At the same time, boil a pot of water and wait until water is boiling. Then, add 2 packs of Demae Iccho instant noodles. Let it boil around one minute. The purpose of boiling the noodles is to loosen and soften the noodles. Don’t over boil them.
After, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a non- stick pan and add sliced onion, cabbage and red bell pepper stir fry until cabbage is little soft. Then, sprinkle a pinch of salt. Set them aside.
Add marinated beef into a non-stick pan and stir fry until it change color. Remember don’t over stir fry them. Then, set them aside.
In a small container, add 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (use some from the noodles package). Mix it.
The next step, put boiled instant ramen noodles into a non-stick pan and add the sauce from step 8. Keep stirring the noodles until the sauce cover the noodles.
Put back cooked vegetables and beef. Then, add green onion and stir fry them a little bit.
