BBQ Ribs

There are few ways to cook BBQ ribs. Personally, I have tried oven bake, grilled and instant pot BBQ ribs. However, I still like to use instant pot pressure cooker to make BBQ ribs. Not only it’s simple, quick and easy, but also the meat is tender, juicy and tasty.

    Black pepper some
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Wash the ribs. Then, flip the ribs and remove the membrane.
  • After that, rub some salt and black pepper around the ribs. Let it marinated for 15-20 minutes before cooking. (The best to let it marinated a few hours.)
  • Next, add a cup of water into instant pot and put the rack in the pot. Then, put the baby back ribs on the rack. After that, close the lid and vent. Put the button Manual and adjust time for 30 minuets. When the ribs is done, wait for 5 minuets and release the pressure. (Don’t open the lid until all the pressure is released.)
  • Put the cooked ribs on the cookie sheet with a foil.
  • Then, brush honey BBQ sauce and broil for 5 minuets in the oven. (Tips: Change the rack to the top in the oven, so the ribs will be closer to the fire.)
