Wash the radish, peel off skin and chop them into big chunks
Wash the beef chuck roast and cut them into chunks
Wash star anise and clove. Then, put star anise, clove, ginger, garlic, beef, and radish into an instant pot. After that, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and water into the pot and mix them.
Close the lid and vent and put button manual on high pressure for 60 minuets then natural release
Boil water in a pot. When water is boiling, add ho fun noodles into water and let it cook for a minute or until the noodle is loosen up. (Remember don’t over cook the noodles because the noodles are already cooked, just loosen up the noodles after refrigerated and remove extra oil)
When the braised beef radish is done, put the beef, radish and the sauce in the bowl of ho fun noodles. Then, chop some green onion and topping for the noodle soup.
