Ingredients: ▢ Green onion ▢ Ginger ▢ Salt ▢ Vegetable oil
1. Put ginger into a chopper. Then, run the chopper until the ginger turns finely minced.
2. Next, put finely minced ginger into a bowl.
3. After, cut green onion into small pieces.
4. Put the chopped green onion into the bowl and add salt.
5. In a pan or pot heat up vegetable oil.
6. When the oil is hot enough, pour them over the ginger and green onion. Then, mix them well.
