Homemade Chicken Gnocchi Soup

Chicken thighs

Spinach

Shredded carrots

Water

Flour

Potato flakes

Milk

How to make gnocchi

1.

Wash, remove excess fat and dice boneless and skinless chicken thighs.

2.

Marinate chicken for 15 mins.

3.

Put the marinated chicken into a big pot, turn on medium high fire. Stir fry the chicken a little bit.

4.

Add shredded carrots and stir fry them a little bit.

5.

 After, pour water into the pot.

6.

And, add the drained and cooked gnocchi.

7.

In a container, Mix milk and flour very well and make sure no lumps.

8.

Slowly pour the milk mixture into the soup and keep stirring it.

9.

While the soup boils again, put spinach into the soup.

10.

Keep stirring and mixing the soup until it's a little bit thicker. Add salt to your taste.
